I'm Heather. Coach, people development specialist, and someone who knows exactly what it feels like to be successful on the outside while quietly questioning everything on the inside.
With over 20 years working in talent, leadership and coaching across financial services, tech, and retail, I've sat with hundreds of professionals at exactly the kind of crossroads you might be at now. What I've learned is this: the answers aren't in another framework or five-step plan. They're in the pause.
My superpower - the thing I hear most from the women I work with - is that I create a space where people feel genuinely safe. Safe to say the messy thing. Safe to not have it figured out. Safe to start again.
